Olšovice: Hotels and Accommodations

One of the protected buildings is Farmstead No. 28 in the direction of Mahouš. It is a Blata-style building dating from 1853. This rural architecture is also reflected in the preserved layout of the village square with its original farmsteads.

Cycling

Cycling Route 1089 leads via Němčice and Mahouš to Olšovice. In addition, Cycling Route 1081 runs through the village along the Hluboká nad Vltavou–Netolice route.

Another connection is the “Na Zbudovská blata za selským barokem” cycling circuit, which is approximately 25 km long. Part of this circuit runs along the “Historická krajina Netolicko” educational cycling route.

Nature

In the immediate vicinity of Olšovice are Mužský Mountain and Na Štumpíru Hill [Hlavatce u Českých Budějovic]. The mountains of Skalka and Vrata are also located in the surroundings of the village.
