History

After 1417, Peč was divided into two parts, each assigned to the parishes of Lipolec and Cizkrajov.

From the mid-16th century, Peč belonged to the hospital in Slavonice.

Geographical setting

Peč has good transport connections by bus, with stops directly in the village, and by train, with a railway station 2 km away in the direction of Cizkrajov.

South of Peč rises Urbanečský vrch, at 570 m. It is one of the dominant elevations in the southern part of the Dačice Basin.

The ossuary in Lidéřovice is an originally Gothic stone chapel from the 14th century, built into the enclosing wall next to the Church of St. Linhart.
