Culture and Community

After several years, the local Easter rattling tradition was revived in Blanné. The residents of Blanné gathered on the village green to erect a maypole.

In 2012, Blanné organized the production of Christmas lanterns for its residents together with children and residents. With the help of adults, children created the herb garden “Bylinková zahrádka”.

Events

On July 5, 2013, a Children's Day was held in Blanné, attended by around 35 children. The 2013 Children's Day included a race for the “Blaněnského smajlíka”.

History

Blanné was founded in 1738 at the site of the abandoned Planský Mill. The oldest local seal of Blanné is documented from 1787. The current spelling “Blanné” was introduced in 1924.
