Albrechtice U Mostu: Hotels and Accommodation

Albrechtice u Mostu was founded at the end of the 13th century.

Culture and History

Part of the Jezeří Chateau complex with arboretum is located on plot 643/1 in the cadastral area of Albrechtice u Mostu. The historic complex included the chateau, manor house, gatehouse, coach house, an agricultural building, a watchtower, a former bastion, and the arboretum. Albrechtice u Mostu is also home to the Romanesque Church of All Saints.

The Hraběcí Chapel is a Baroque chapel built after 1753. It is located in a forest on the eastern side of Jánský vrch, southwest of Jezeří Chateau. The chapel is severely neglected: its vault and roof are missing, and vegetation is encroaching into the building.

Nature

The Lom Československé armády National Nature Monument also extends into the cadastral area of Albrechtice u Mostu. It protects populations of the tawny pipit (Anthus campestris) and the northern wheatear (Oenanthe oenanthe). The natural monument includes natural ecosystems associated with the open-pit mine of the former Československé armády lignite mine.
