Dolní Krupá can be explored through tangible evidence of its architectural and local history. The church “kostel sv. Víta” is protected as a cultural monument; its visitor centre provides informational materials, a place to rest, and toilets with a washroom. The church grounds also include the unusual funeral chapel of Saint Michael.

Culture
The cemetery chapel was completed in 1898 and consecrated in honour of the Holy Cross of Jesus. Its altar was made by the sons of Petr Bůšek from Sychov.
History
Zámek Dolní Krupá Castle was converted from an older fortress sometime after 1651 by Jan Mencel z Bernfelsu. The castle hall contains the ceiling fresco “Hold národů císařovně Marii Terezii”. Zámek Dolní Krupá Castle also houses a local history museum, which primarily displays archaeological finds from the nearby Ronovec castle ruins.
The local history museum in Dolní Krupá opened in 1957 after Josef Čapek found a ceramic fragment from a 13th-century vessel near the now-protected spruce below Ronovec. Ronovec is a former early Gothic castle and is now a castle ruin located between Dolní Krupá, Břevnice and Kojetín. Parts of the castle palace, the defensive walls and a watchtower, as well as fragments of a former well and parts of a nearby mill, have survived at the castle ruins.

The Ronovec castle ruins can be reached via a yellow-marked hiking trail.
