Culture

A chapel stands in the village square and is a characteristic and historically significant building in Sudice. It serves as a local landmark of Sudice and is dedicated to Saint Medardus.

The Masaryk School building dates from the first third of the 20th century and is also a characteristic building in Sudice. Sudice belongs to the Horácká folk architecture region in its local Dyjsko-Oslavská form.

The houses in the center of Sudice feature floor plans and layouts that follow the traditional local settlement type. Sudice was first mentioned in the founding charter of the Třebíč Monastery in 1101.

Outside Sudice stands a wayside shrine classified as an immovable cultural monument under number 15645/7-3067.

Nature and Trails

Sudice extends through a depression on both banks of a stream. One route follows a blue-marked hiking trail as well as forest and field paths.

There is a small pond on the outskirts of Sudice where swimming is possible.
