Culture and history

The Church of St. Catherine is a Baroque building dating from 1749 to 1767. The western part of the nave contains a Romanesque core dating from around 1200, while the tower dates from the first half of the 13th century. The furnishings include an organ by Jan Komorník of Rouchov.

The cemetery adjoining the Church of St. Catherine contains two chapels with thatched roofs. There is also an old barn near the church, by the Stodolák pond.

The former Slavíkovice fortress stood near the church; its cellar has been preserved beneath the current rectory. The preserved mill equipment of Slavíkovický mlýn is located beneath the dam of a pond.
