Culture and History
The St. Toma Church is described as a tourist attraction and is connected to the Cultural Heritage Panoramic Route. During the 1896 earthquake, the church slid almost 100 metres and remained undamaged.
The former railway station building is preserved in Limljani along the old railway line between Bar and Virpazar. This former Bar–Virpazar railway was the first railway built by the state of Montenegro. The Ćiro train also travelled through Limljani until 1959.
The traditional architecture of Limljani includes stone houses with vaulted elements, threshing floors, dry-stone walls and terraces on the slopes.

Limljani is an important stop on the panoramic route Between Two Magical Shores. This route connects the Adriatic coast with Lake Skadar and passes through Limljani.
The cycling route Virpazar–Limljani–Boljevići–Virpazar is 20 kilometres long and includes 375 metres of elevation gain.
