History

Near Miljevci, Haj-Nehaj preserves the remains of a medieval town from the 15th century that was built by the Venetians for defense. A Catholic Mass, a procession, and a blessing of the graves have been documented at the site of St. Mark in Miljevci.

Geographical Setting

The approach to Miljevci is described as narrow, steep, and very winding. The Sutomore–Sozina–Popov Do route passes through the Miljevci area; it ascends toward Sozina and connects with the coastal-mountain transversal.
