A stone reconciliation shrine is built into the church wall to the left of the entrance; it has a pointed arch, a raised cross and is made of conglomerate.

The reconciliation cross in Modliszów is tentatively associated with an agreement from 1409 that was concluded after the killing of Mikołaj Dreylinga.
