St. Anne’s Church offers several ways to explore the city’s history and sacred art. Fragments of its preserved wall paintings date from 1555 and depict the Passion of Christ. The church also features three late Gothic portals. Particularly noteworthy is the portal in the presbytery, with its wrought-iron latticework doors. The Chapel of the Holy Cross houses a 16th-century crucifix that came from an earlier rood screen.

The town hall is another architectural landmark: built in 1823 to a design by Hilary Szpilowski, it is made of rendered brick in the Classical style. A clock was added to its tower in 1969 to mark the 540th anniversary of the granting of town rights. Piaseczno’s urban layout also tells the story of its past: a historic street plan dating from the town’s founding survives around the market square, now Plac Piłsudskiego.

Created in 2018, the Józef Wilkoń Sculpture Trail consists of casts of sculptures and a mural on the wall of Przystanek Muzyki. Trail sculptures can be found in Piaseczno’s market square, at Zakątek Kultury, on Skwer Kisiela and in the city park. The different locations connect the art to several named places around the town.
