Bragadiru is located on the national road DN 6 Bucureşti–Alexandria. The historical archaeological site Bragadiru – La Fosta Cărămidărie 2 lies on the left bank of the Ciorogârla opposite the former brickworks and extends to the boundary of the municipality of Măgurele; another part lies on the right bank east of Bragadiru. The Bragadiru – Staţia de Epurare archaeological site lies on both banks of the Sabar, east of the bridge of Șoseaua Bucureşti–Cornetu and Șoseaua Alexandrueu, in the area of the wastewater treatment plant.

You can use the different bank locations, bodies of water and road references as separate points of orientation when comparing the two archaeological sites.

Culture

In the park in front of Bragadiru City Hall stands a monument featuring elements of the memorial cross for the heroes from Bragadiru who fell in the First World War; it lists the names of the heroes from Bragadiru who died in the war of 1916–1918.

The play “FROZEN, REGATUL ÎNGHEȚAT” by THEATER DU SOLEIL was performed at Casa de Cultura Mihai Eminescu in Bragadiru on 19 May 2018.
