Hungarian delicacy festival is held in Budupest
This interesting annual culinary festival has been held in the Hungarian capital of Budapest since February 2008. The feature of this festival is that it is dedicated to only one product, or rather one sort of meat of a rare breed of Hungarian pig - mangalitsa. This year mangalitsa festival will be held from 3 to 5 February on the Szabadság square. Cattle-breeding companies and leading producers of mangalitsa meat will take part in the festival.
