Razëm: Karst Plateau and Mountain Forests

Razëm lies within the protected area of the Shkrel Municipal Nature Park. The tourist zone extends across a karst plateau. The area has beech and pine forests and is surrounded by green pine and fir forests.

Nature

The moraines of Razëm are Quaternary glacial deposits. They form hills 50 to 80 metres high, with karst dolines and karst depressions. The karst landscape of Razëm includes dolines, karst shafts, and karst caves in the Razma, Troshani, and Fusha e Zezë fields.
