Culture and history
The Yundzilov manor house in Ivatsevichi was built, according to indirect evidence, by the end of the 18th century at the latest and is considered one of the oldest structures in the Brest Region.
At the Ivatsevichi estate, a distillery and a tar distillery were built at the end of the 18th century. After 1871, a small settlement emerged next to the Ivatsevichi estate in connection with the construction of the Brest–Moscow railway and grew with the development of timber extraction. At the end of the 19th century, Ivatsevichi had a distillery, a brickworks, a fulling mill, and a watermill.
The Ivatsevichy History and Local Studies Museum was founded in 1993 and has been located at 7 Pochtowaja Street since January 2009. Until 2011, its collections were supplemented exclusively through donations from residents of the town and district as part of collection expeditions. In 2025, the main collection comprised a total of 6,677 storage units.
The Ivatsevichy History and Local Studies Museum operates the “Hovanschina” Memorial Complex of Partisan Glory as a branch. The complex is located in the Hovanschina forest area near Korochin in Ivatsevichi District; in 1943–1944, it housed the headquarters of the Brest Region partisan formation, the regional Komsomol committee, and the editorial office and printing house of the newspaper “Zarya”.
The foundation stone for the Church of the Derzhavnaya Icon of the Mother of God in Ivatsevichi was laid in 1992; it was solemnly consecrated in 2006. The Church of the Derzhavnaya Icon of the Mother of God was built in the cross-in-square style, has five domes, and a detached three-story bell tower with a tent roof.

Nature
There were several walking avenues of linden and hornbeam trees in the park of the Yundzilov manor house; several larches have survived near the palace to this day.
The Oginsky Canal runs through Ivatsevichi District, connecting the Yaselda and Shchara rivers via a chain of lakes.
The “Nadlivskaya Ridge” ecological trail is classified as a tourist destination associated with Ivatsevichi.
