Sveti Petar: Hotels and accommodations

Molinarijev Bridge is part of the historic Rudolfina Road, which connects Ogulin with Novi Vinodolski through the forested areas of Gorski Kotar. Between Sveti Petar and Puškarići, Rudolfinska Road crosses the Dobra River on the stone Molinarijev Bridge. The bridge is also located on county road ŽC 3254, which leads from Jasenak via Potok Musulinski to Sveti Petar.

Culture and history

The Ogulin Heritage Museum documents the railway tunnel in Sveti Petar through postcards featuring a steam locomotive and Mount Klek in the background. Molinarijev Bridge is a stone structure with five segmental-arched openings and preserved structural and formal features.

The cemetery church is described as one of the oldest religious buildings in the Ogulin area. In 1558, the church is mentioned as the Church of Saint Martin.

Festivals and local traditions

The Petrovo celebration held in Sveti Petar in 2024 next to the settlement’s cemetery, in honor of Saints Peter and Paul, included a concert after Mass. After Mass, local believers also hosted a communal gathering with food and drinks.
