Culture
The Church of St Donatus in Sveti Donat is a sacred building. In Bržendi, the Church of St Donat the Martyr has been documented since 1580; it was restored and blessed in 1865 and has a bell dating from 1590. Inside, there is a masonry altar with a wooden retable, as well as wooden statues of the Virgin Mary, Saint Donatus and Saint Anthony.

The hill climb of the 33rd Buzetski Dani used the 5,001-metre-long Most–Peničići road. At INA Buzetski Dani 2021, the established route from Most via Svi Sveti and Peničići was used. Buzetski Dani has been included in the European Championship calendar since 2003.
Cycling
The Bike staza 3 - Sovinjak is a 30-kilometre cycling route that passes through Sveti Donat. It has 795 metres of ascent and 793 metres of descent and includes 18 kilometres of road and 9.6 kilometres of quiet road. The Road Bike Route 2 – Butoniga passes through Sveti Donat on its return route.
