Brčići: Hotels and Accommodation

Cycling

In the vicinity of Brčići, the cycling route continues after passing through Rajki, past the Pajićka pond, towards Jurići; the Pajićka pond is listed as one of the attractions along the route. It is also described as one of the best-known and most attractive ponds in the Tinjan area.

Cycling along the Od lokve do lokve (615) route offers an opportunity to experience historic rural life while visiting ponds and springs. One of the ponds named along this route is Brčićeva. At every restored pond, the route provides a rest area for cyclists.

Hiking

Trail Montreo (718) is a circular hiking trail that reaches Brčići along a gravel section and then turns towards Rajki. Along its route, the trail passes the Pajićka puddle before continuing towards Jurići.

Culture

Brčići is recorded as a traditional rural settlement in which a large part of the settlement layout and building structure has been preserved. The chapel shrine of Brčići is also listed among the local cultural assets.

The round stone wall around the Pajićka spring was built over five years and completed in 1922. Lokva Pajićka is enclosed by a round stone wall and has an iron gate and stone steps leading down to the water.

Also associated with Tinjan is the International Prosciutto Fair, which combines European prosciutto, guided tastings, workshops, a sports programme and evening concerts.

An unclassified road runs through Brčići to the hamlets of Travani, Jurići and Pajići.
