Hudčice: Hotels and Accommodations

Construction of the chapel in Hudčice began in 1909. The Hudčice memorial to those who fell in the First World War was erected in 1920 on the village square next to the chapel and bears the names of local soldiers who died in the First World War.

The early historical fortified settlement Hradiště Hradec is also known by the names of the nearby villages Hudčice and Simín, but it is located in the cadastral area of the village of Martinice, a district of Březnice. The memorial to František Lízl commemorates Ing. František Lízl, who is described as the leader of a resistance group.

Hudčice granite was used to pave the first castle courtyard. Stone from the Hudčice quarry “Za hory” was used for the Žižka Monument in Žižkov.
