Culture and History

A fortress once stood above the stream in Nechvalice, where the judge or village head lived. The Church of St. Nicholas in Nechvalice was originally built in the Romanesque style and later rebuilt in the Gothic style. The church contains an original pewter baptismal font from 1788. Regular masses are scheduled for Sundays at 08:00 and Thursdays at 17:00.
