Klínec: Hotels and Accommodation

Klínec is located about 20 kilometers southwest of Prague in a picturesque landscape with a mosaic of forests adjoining the Brdy region. There are also specific destinations between water, forest, and regional history.

Landscape and History

The chapel of Klínec stands above the smaller of the two local ponds. The artificial tunnel Čertova díra, carved out of the rock, was used to wash gold-bearing sand from the forest hollow of Peklo below Klínec.

Nature and Orientation

The Bojovské Valley is an attractive tourist destination near Klínec. The Prague–Dobříš railway line runs through the valley. Klínec railway stop is located in a deeply cut, wooded, and completely uninhabited valley of the Bojovský stream.

Cycling Trails

The remains of Čertova díra can be reached via the red cycling trail. The Červený okruh cycling trail is 43 kilometers long and is marked throughout with a red cycle-tourism sign.

Animal Experiences

Ranč pod lípou offers children guided pony walks, including trips into nature. Ranč pod lípou in Klínec also offers horseback rides through the beautiful and varied Podbrdí landscape for beginners and more advanced riders, as well as for children and adults.
