Lázně Toušeň: Hotels and Accommodation
The Slatinné lázně Toušeň spa was founded in 1868 by Jan Králík at an iron-rich spring. In 1889, peat wraps and peat baths were added to its range of treatments; they are still considered the most important treatment there and are administered in practically the same way.
History and Culture
On the eastern edge of Lázně Toušeň lie the archaeological remains of Hradiště Na Hradišti on a low spur above a former arm of the Elbe. On the eastern side, the site is bounded by a ditch. The Neo-Gothic Chapel of Saint Florian was built in 1823 on the site of a wooden bell tower.

Lázně Toušeň lies at the intersection of cycling routes 241 and 0019, which are also referred to as 7019 on some maps; the main cycling route 241 crosses the Elbe there via a foot and cycle bridge.
A blue-marked hiking trail connects Královice (Brandýs) (3 km), Čelákovice (3 km), Káraný via the footbridge (1.5 km), and Brandýs n/L (5 km). A yellow-marked hiking trail leads via the footbridge over the Elbe to Káraný (1.5 km), then continues via sv. Václav (5.5 km) to Lysá nad Labem (11 km).
