The conservation area includes an elongated village square of medieval origin. It also contains small timber-framed farmsteads and country houses dating from the late 18th to the early 19th century.

The Staročeské máje festival has been held annually in Lensedly for more than 60 years. It begins with a procession of costumed dancers to the village square. The bell tower in Lensedly is made of red sandstone and commemorates those who fell in the First World War.
