The predominantly forested western part of Zdiby lies in the Dolní Povltaví Nature Park. In the southwest of the Zdiby municipality, along the Vltava and the Drahanský potok, lies the Kaňon Vltavy u Sedlce natural monument, with rock communities as well as drought-loving plants and animals. Along the banks of the Vltava near Zdiby, an international cycle route from Prague to Dresden is used particularly during the summer months.
