Příšovice: Hotels and Accommodation

The Velký Písečák in Příšovice covers 28.1 hectares. It is used for swimming and fishing as well as windsurfing.

Shorelines and Paths

The western shores of Malý Písečák in Příšovice can be used as a naturist beach. New cycle paths for pedestrians and cyclists connect the centre of Příšovice with the Písečáky. The section between Přepeře and Příšovice is another part of the developing GW Jizera main route from Turnov to the border of the Liberec Region.

History and Culture

The Church of St. Lawrence in Příšovice dates from the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries and was remodelled in the Renaissance style in the 16th century. Bičíkův statek in Příšovice was built before 1600 and is a state-protected monument.

The Chapel of St. Wenceslas in Příšovice is a Neo-Gothic building dating from 1883–1884; the vicarage dates from the second half of the 18th century. Archaeological evidence of human presence from Příšovice forms part of the exhibition at the Museum of the Bohemian Paradise in Turnov.
