Dlouhá Stráň: Hotels and Accommodation
Dlouhá Stráň is located in the NÃzký JesenÃk mountain range on the northern shore of the Slezská Harta Reservoir. The Stráňský potok stream flows through the village.
Landscape and Activities
There are opportunities for hiking in Dlouhá Stráň and its surroundings. A designated route also runs through the village for cyclists: the 26 km-long Cycle Route No. 6162 leads from Leskovec nad Moravicà via Razová, Dlouhá Stráň and Nové Heřminovy.
At the Slezská Harta Dam, fishing is possible in connection with Dlouhá Stráň as both a sporting and relaxing activity. In winter, there are cross-country skiing trails in the vicinity of Dlouhá Stráň; mushrooms are also collected there.
Culture and History
The local history includes the Baroque chapel in Dlouhá Stráň, which was completed in 1777. Dlouhá Stráň is first mentioned in connection with the period of the Thirty Years' War.
Sports Facilities
Dlouhá Stráň provides a tennis court for local residents and the general public. The court can also be used for volleyball and nohejbal, or football tennis.
