The sports complex in Mrsklesy has a tennis court and a volleyball court. A relaxed cycling route leads from Mrsklesy to Velká Bystřice along a wide asphalt road with little traffic. The Nordic walking event in Mrsklesy offered 5- and 10-kilometre routes for adults.

Culture

The Chapel of Saint Sebastian is a free-standing building facing west, with a square floor plan and a semicircular termination. The Church of Our Lady of the Snows and the Church of Saint Michael are located in the vicinity of Mrsklesy. Mrsklesy Children's Day includes a traditional skills ride at the skate park. At the Kácení májky 2026 celebration, a traditional courage-testing course was the highlight of the evening.
