Kožušany-Tážaly: Hotels and accommodations

In the center of Kožušany stands the octagonal Baroque Chapel of St. Anne, built in 1750. In front of the chapel stands a stone cross dating from 1888.

History and townscape

The first written mention of Tážaly dates from 1078; at that time, the Moravian prince Ota Olomoucký gave the village to the Benedictine monastery in Klášterní Hradisko. The first written mention of Kožušany dates from 1297.

West of the center of Tážaly, behind the viaduct, stands the statue Socha sv. Norberta, about 700 m away along a field path. It is freely accessible and was added to the list of monuments in 1964. The statue Socha sv. Jana Nepomuckého stands on the secondary road to Kožušany, about 50 m before the town.
