Ruda Nad Moravou: Hotels and Accommodation

The former Empire-style distillery complex in Ruda nad Moravou has been preserved in its original layout from the first half of the 19th century. Ruda nad Moravou is also home to a Baroque statue of the Virgin Mary dating from 1715. Hrad Brníčko, a castle, and the ruins of Nový Hrad are located in the area around Ruda nad Moravou.

Local cycling route 6223 connects Ruda nad Moravou with Janoušov and U Tří Tabulí háj.

The Ruda valley crosses the southern part of the Hanušovická pahorkatina. To the west, at elevations of 500 to 600 metres, lies the wooded Žďár mountain massif with low serpentine rocks and stands of Jeseníky larch. The mountains of Bouda, Obora and Buková hora are located in the area around Ruda nad Moravou. In the wider regional surroundings of Ruda nad Moravou lies Mount Lazek.
