Dlouhoňovice: Hotels and accommodation
The 4.2 km-long educational trail in Dlouhoňovice begins at the railway station and provides information about the local history and geological origins. The railway station is located on line No. 021 and has borne the name Žamberk since it was built in 1874.

Trails and sports
Cycle route CT 18 passes through Dlouhoňovice on the Choceň – České Libchavy – Žampach – Dlouhoňovice – Žamberk section. A yellow-marked hiking trail also leads to Písečná and the ruins of Žampach Castle. From Dlouhoňovice, you can hike in the opposite direction through the Kriegwaldy valley to Litice Castle and onward to Potštejn Castle.
The Dlouhoňovice ski area has a lit ski lift with artificial snowmaking and groomed cross-country ski trails. In summer, the lit ski lift can also be used for grass skiing and rides on mountain scooters. Dlouhoňovice also has a skate park; the sports area includes a children's playground.
Culture and views
A wooden bell tower dating from 1797 has been preserved in Dlouhoňovice. The lookout tower was completed on September 16, 2009, and ceremonially opened on September 19, 2009. At the ceremonial opening in 2009, the lookout tower's entry in the Czech Book of Records was confirmed. In good weather, the lookout tower offers views of the entire ridge of the Orlické Mountains, the Králický Sněžník massif, and Buková hora; in clear visibility, the Giant Mountains can also be seen on the left horizon.

Dlouhoňovice lies below the forested hills of the Žamberská pahorkatina.
