Oucmanice: Hotels and Accommodation

A stone cross dating from 1876, with reliefs of saints, stands in Oucmanice’s village square. The Chapel of the Holy Trinity is also located there, at the end of a chestnut avenue. The Neo-Baroque building dates from 1868 and has been protected as a cultural monument since 1958.

In Hradníky, ramparts and a ditch approximately 80 metres long have been preserved from a fortification dating from the Late Bronze Age, which was also used in the Early Middle Ages.

The Orlice Nature Park, designated in 1996, extends into the Oucmanice area. For cycling tours, Cycle Route 4049 connects Ústí nad Orlicí with Oucmanice; the paved route is of moderate difficulty and suitable for all types of bicycles.

The route from Oucmanice to Brandýs nad Orlicí via Klopoty is part of an educational trail established by Ekocentrum PALETA. The Choceň–Oucmanice–Brandýs hiking route begins at Choceň railway station and leads via Oucmanice to Brandýs nad Orlicí.

In Oucmanice, there is an information board with a map of the municipality and important points marked in the village. There is also a junction of cycling routes with a rest area for cyclists established by the municipality.

The 13th edition of Cyrilometodějský den řemesel was announced in Oucmanice for Saturday, 5 July. A programme featuring demonstrations of traditional crafts and activities for children was planned for 2026 at the sports ground.

Ekocentrum PALETA in Oucmanice offers programmes involving practical activities using natural materials and teaching about ecosystems, as well as summer camps for families with children.
