Trójmorski Wierch, Slamník, Hled'sebe, and Babuše are mountains in the immediate surroundings of Horní Morava.

The names “Dolní Morava” and “Horní Morava” have been used since the end of the 17th century. Dolní Morava and Horní Morava belonged to the Králický estate until 1850. The upper course of the Morava forms a historical boundary between Bohemia and Moravia.

Also nearby, the Sky Bridge 721 suspension bridge connects two mountain ridges; it is up to 95 meters above the ground and is 721 meters long. The Mamutí horská dráha is also located there, a 3-kilometer-long bobsleigh track at the valley station of the Sněžník chairlift.
