Týnišťko: Hotels and Accommodation

Týnišťko has a chapel with a bell tower, a pseudo-Gothic building in a park on the village green of Týnišťko. The bell tower was built in 1838. Following recent renovation work, the chapel with its bell tower was in good condition.

Culture

In front of the chapel stands a stone cross on a four-sided sandstone pedestal; it is surrounded by a fence. The nearby war memorial is a sandstone structure with a relief of a soldier with a lion and the names of those commemorated. The memorial to those from Týnišťko who fell in the First World War was erected in 1923 with ten names and restored and renovated in 2004.

Rural property No. 8 is the only building in Týnišťko listed in the Czech Central Register of Cultural Monuments; it was placed under protection in 2005. At the southeastern edge of the built-up area of Týnišťko, the building of the former mill stands on the Loučná and is now used as a small hydropower plant.
