Trebcice: Hotels and accommodations
Třebčice combines a newly reconstructed village square with traces of local history and named elevations in the surrounding area.
Culture and history
The chapel on the village square in Třebčice has been newly reconstructed. The restored chapel has a bell and is considered a place for meeting, pausing for reflection, and shared remembrance.
As part of the Alej v Třebčicích project, the municipality of Třebčice, together with the Nepomucko microregion, created several stations. The project was supported by the “Ochrana přírody 2018” program of the Plzeňský kraj. The first station covers the first written mention of Třebčice, dating from 1350, and Máchův dvorec. The second station portrays Třebčice in 1654 as a prosperous agricultural village community.
The statue of Saint John of Nepomuk stands by the bridge toward Lnáře. It is a high-quality late Baroque sandstone sculpture from the 1780s and stands on an artistically carved pedestal with an inscription and year.
Nature
The section of the Myslívský potok stream from the railway bridge in Třebčice to 100 meters downstream from the dam of the Myslív Malý pond belongs to the ÚSLAVA 5 trout fishing area. Fly fishing, float fishing, bottom fishing, and spinning are permitted there.
