The Church of Saints Peter and Paul in HosÃn incorporates the original Romanesque church as a side chapel on its eastern side. Valuable frescoes dating from around 1340 have been preserved in the former Romanesque sacristy. The church was built in the Pseudo-Romanesque style, completed and consecrated in September 1900. Its square bell tower rises 36 metres from the corner of the crossing.
HosÃnské Orty stretches along the boundary of the municipalities of HosÃn, Borek and HrdÄ›jovice near ÄŒeské BudÄ›jovice and forms a unique tunnel labyrinth created by former kaolin mining. For safety reasons, the underground system is officially inaccessible; numerous entrances are closed. HosÃnské Orty is also one of the most important wintering grounds for bats and horseshoe bats in South Bohemia.
Between HosÃn and HrdÄ›jovice, the U Borovice viewpoint offers a view over the entire city of ÄŒeské BudÄ›jovice. Cycle route 1054 runs along the road next to the U Borovice viewpoint.
