The Fara Malenice building stands on the foundations of a medieval fortress. The Church of St. James the Elder contains a presbytery dating from the early 14th century. Remains of wall paintings from the first half of the 14th century have been preserved behind the altar.

The Chapel of St. Wenceslas was built in the style of a Romanesque rotunda. During the pilgrimage of St. Wenceslas held in September, it serves as a pilgrimage site. The local cemetery is the final resting place of, among others, the architect Josef Zítek and the director Zdeněk Podskalský.

The exhibition hall of the IKS Centre Malenice is used for permanent exhibitions. In the wider region around Malenice lies the Radomysl Mediumwave Radio Mast, which is considered a ruin.

The traditional Malenický masopust carnival with a masked procession was announced for 14 February 2026 in Malenice; the procession was scheduled to begin at 12:00.

Nature

The cave in Jiřičků skála is a natural attraction of Malenice, located in a rock formation made of crystalline limestone. It was discovered in 1920. The bones found in the cave indicate that it had already served as shelter for wild animals during the Ice Age.

Včelenský vrch is a mountain located in the vicinity of Malenice. The mountains Kamenná hora, Boubín and Volovický vrch lie in the wider region.
