Zelnobraní is a recurring cultural event and festival in Vidov. The event period runs from the end of September to the beginning of October, with the festival taking place at the end of September each year. The all-day event takes place at the sports complex and on the village square. It includes a craft market, cabbage specialities, as well as the traditional sale of cut cabbage and sauerkraut.
The “Komunitní knihovna Vidov” library has been operating since autumn 2022 and holds discussions on various topics.
Transport and Summer Months
MHD line 10 serves two stops in Vidov: V Domkách and Návsi. Návsi is also the terminus of line 10.
During the summer months, visitors can use the outdoor terrace of Hospůdka Na návsi and the adjoining children’s playground beneath the chestnut tree.
