The 15-meter-high stone Alexandrova rozhledna replaced a wooden viewing pavilion on Špičák above Adamov in 1887. From the observation tower, you can enjoy a view of the Svitava Valley and the surrounding area.

Kostel svaté Barbory in Adamov was built from 1855 to 1857 according to a design by the Viennese architect Josef Kieser. The Neo-Gothic church is 26 meters long and 10 meters wide. The Světelský oltář was donated to the church in 1857; its central section is now located in the church in Adamov and depicts the Assumption of the Virgin Mary.

Františčina huť, also known as Stará huť, is a cultural monument dating from the mid-18th century in the western part of the Křtinský Valley. The complex is the oldest blast furnace in Central Europe and also one of the best preserved. The site is occasionally used for experimental and demonstration smeltings in replicas of Slavic iron furnaces.

The most convenient route to Alexandrova rozhledna from Adamov leads from Sedmi dubů via the green-marked hiking trail. From Adamov railway station, it takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach Kostel svaté Barbory via the yellow-marked route and Osvobození Street.

Cycle route 5077 leads through the Křtinský Valley to Josefov and on to Jedovnice.
