45 % of Okrouhlá’s cadastral area is forested. Kudlinka (638 m) lies directly above the village; from there, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Českomoravská vrchovina highlands. The hilly terrain around Okrouhlá is ideal for hiking.

All land in Okrouhlá lies within the second protection zone of the Bělá drinking-water reservoir. Part of Okrouhlá’s cadastral area belongs to the Řehořkovo Kořenecko quiet area. Okrouhlá also has a mountain bike racing course.

Culture

The stone cross on the village square next to the bell tower is Okrouhlá’s only cultural monument.

The traditional Pálení čarodějnic event will take place on 30 April 2026 from 4 p.m. at Výletiště u Pazderny in Okrouhlá. A bonfire will be lit at 6 p.m.; admission is free. There will also be live music by the band Space and an extensive selection of refreshments.

The traditional Myslivecké odpoledne event will take place on 22 August 2026 from 2 p.m. at Výletiště U Pazderny in Okrouhlá. The event will feature an extensive program about nature and hunting; venison goulash and smoked products will be served.
