Uhelná Příbram: Hotels and Accommodation
Uhelná Příbram can be discovered through tangible traces of its local history: a charcoal kiln model commemorates the local production of charcoal and its historical deliveries to ironworks and the mint in Kutná Hora. It was ceremonially unveiled in October 2014. Charcoal production in Uhelná Příbram and its surrounding area experienced a boom in the mid-13th century.
History and Architectural Heritage
The historic Liběcká Route also passed through Uhelná Příbram. At the northern edge of the village, below Strážný vrch, stands the Church of St. Michael the Archangel. It has a Baroque appearance dating from the late 18th century and stands on the site of an original Gothic structure; part of the Gothic reconstruction dates from the third quarter of the 14th century.
Near the church stands the late Baroque parish house of Uhelná Příbram, dating from 1762. It was created by remodeling an older single-storey parish house from 1383.
The Sokolovna Uhelná Příbram is part of the local history of the 20th century: construction began on August 31, 1936, and the ceremonial opening took place on July 14, 1938. The Sokolovna hosts annual Sokol, volunteer fire brigade, and hunting club balls, children's events, and community meetings.
Nature and Trails
A blue-marked hiking trail leads from Uhelná Příbram to the Zkamenělá řeka. The rock formation Kobylí hlava is also located in the vicinity of Uhelná Příbram, along the route to the Zkamenělá řeka.

In Uhelná Příbram, the Sokolský běh republiky includes a 4.5 km cross-country/trail route. The event took place there in October 2023, 2024, and 2025.
