History and Culture

The Renaissance Hostačov Chateau was built between 1557 and 1583. The owner plans to operate Hostačov Chateau non-commercially in the future as hotel accommodation, a restaurant, a venue for weddings, corporate celebrations, or other events. The wider region around Skryje is also home to Zámek Kačina Chateau and the Church of Svatý Jiří.

Nature and Activities

Hostačov encompasses 12 hectares of parkland, woodland, and water areas in the Czech Highlands. The surroundings of Hostačov Chateau offer opportunities for walks and can be explored by rented bicycles.

One hike led from Hostačov Chateau along a local path to Hostačovský rybník and continued along the Hostačovka stream to the edge of Kamenné Mosty.
