Nature and Trails
Macků Pond in the cadastral area of Mysletice forms a fishing ground. Nový rybník on the eastern cadastral boundary of Mysletice features waterside wetlands and waterfowl.
A trail from Mysletice leads over the summit of Hora at an altitude of 664 metres above sea level. The trail from Mysletice runs through the forest. Beyond Olší, the trail from Mysletice joins a blue tourist trail marking heading west.
Villagescape and Culture
The centre of Mysletice preserves the original layout of farmsteads around the village green, as well as the original parcel division and the surviving ground-plan structure of the buildings.
The bell tower of Mysletice stands on the village green next to a general store and was recently renovated. The Chapel of the Virgin Mary stands on the wooded summit of Lopata Hill. A stone cross on the road towards Telč is a religious roadside monument of local importance and stands between two mature trees.
