The Czech gentian (hořeček mnohotvarý český), which is critically endangered, grows on Jersínská stráň. Jersínská stráň is designated as a nature monument and was first designated on June 24, 1998. It comprises a preserved fragment of drought-loving grassland communities with a population of a critically endangered plant species, as well as other endangered plant and invertebrate species.
