Řásná: Hotels and Accommodations

The Velký Pařezitý rybník in Řásná combines natural and regional history. Its area was designated a 26-hectare nature reserve in 1984; the pond, the surrounding wetlands, and the peatlands are protected. The pond was created in 1565 by Zachariáš von Hradec and originally served mainly to supply water to Telč.

Culture and History

The medieval Štamberk Castle was built and fortified using granite rock outcrops and the varied natural terrain.
