Hluboké: Hotels and Accommodation
A chapel dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus stands in the village square of Hluboké.
Culture
Hluboké is also home to a small Protestant forest cemetery and a small historic cemetery, which is considered the smallest cemetery in the Czech Republic. Above Hluboké, on the road to Jinošov, there is a brick triangular wayside shrine with a small roof.
The village square also features a marble cross dating from 1906 and a memorial to the fallen heroes erected in 1946.
Nature
The route of the traditional “Pochod kolem studánek” hiking march leads around Hluboké; the march takes place every year in May. The Chvojnice Reservoir is in the immediate vicinity of Hluboké and is visited by anglers.
The hilly landscape around Hluboké is used by cyclists.
Cuisine
The Svatojakubský pivovar in Hluboké is located in the premises of a reconstructed traditional farmstead and has been operating since 2016. At the Svatojakubský pivovar, visitors can take part in a brewery tour with a tasting, which also includes the underground rooms.
