Portonovi is located on the site of a former military base in Kumbor. Hillside Park contains the monument to the pilots of the 3rd Seaplane Command. It is dedicated to the 28 pilots, scouts, and mechanics of the 3rd Seaplane Command who died in the service of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia.

Hillside Park preserves the layout of its historic garden paths and incorporates existing trees.

Nature

The recurring Portonovi Summer Rise Route is a 4-kilometer route starting from a church in Kumbor. It follows coastal paths, through forest and across hilly terrain, climbs 340 meters in elevation, and then reaches the “1. maj” viewpoint with panoramic views of the Bay of Kotor.
