Ładna is located in the rural municipality of Skrzyszów in the eastern part of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, near the border with the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The municipality lies within the catchment areas of the Dunajec and Wisłoka rivers; its largest watercourse is the Wątok. The northern part of the municipality, including Ładna, is drained by local watercourses.
