A shallow, muddy shoreline zone stretches towards Čižići and Klimno. It was formed by thousands of years of sediment deposits and the grinding down of rock and soil particles.

Culture and History
In the vicinity of Čižići, the altarpiece “The Coronation of Mary” in the parish church of Dobrinj was declared a cultural monument. The St. Peter site next to Čižići comprises the remains of St. Peter’s Church. A path leads from the St. Peter site near Čižići to the remains of the abandoned village of Šugare.
