Černuc: Hotels and Accommodation

Černuc is one of the oldest municipalities in the Dolní Povltaví region. The first historical mention of the village dates back to 1102.

History and Churches

The Chapel of St. Linhart in Černuc is a brick building with a square floor plan, oriented towards the west. It stands on a widened base that compensates for a pronounced unevenness in the terrain.

The complex of the Church of St. Barbara is situated on a hill on the northern edge of Nabdín. The originally Romanesque church was expanded in the first half of the 14th century and again in the mid-19th century; it was also extensively repaired and expanded in 1695. A Renaissance bell for the church in Nabdín was cast in 1552 by the renowned bell founder Brikcí z Cimperka. The church is surrounded by a rectangular cemetery enclosed by a perimeter wall with two gates.

Ostrov Chateau is located in the vicinity of Černuc. In the wider region are the Hazmburk ruins, Košťál Mountain, and the Stará kanalizační čistírna Praha-Bubeneč Museum.

Events

Linhartské posvícení in Černuc is a dance event for the whole family that introduces children to traditions, folk dances, and songs.

The traditional Černuc Masopust will take place on Saturday, March 21, 2026. The masked procession begins at 12 noon, followed by a dance event in the municipal office barn from 5 p.m.
