Culture and history

The Romanesque Rotunda of the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary is located in the nearby municipality of Holubice. The rotunda was founded under Přemysl Otakar I; original Romanesque frescoes have been preserved inside the rotunda.

TJ Sokol Holubice is an amateur football club with youth teams. Holubice-Kozinec also has a workout fitness area called “Workoutové hřiště Holubice-Kozinec”.

The Chapel of the Archangel Michael in Kozinec was built by the Jesuits in 1739. A pond was established in the nearby municipality of Holubice in 1407.
